Sad Bear and Sassy Cat found a lost baby dragon at the market inside Old City Forest. He was hungry and sick. So, they took care of him. They found that the baby dragon has an owner. Surprisingly, the owner was Sassy Cat's master who taught him to do magic.
The Goat is the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time). He is the one who taught Sassy Cat how to do magic.
He was in meditation in forest to store his magic.
Sad Bear and Sassy Cat was waiting. Sad Bear was on the way to finish his third boba tea.
"I've been waiting for too long," Sad Bear complaint loudly, "Not to be rude, but I think he's doing this to annoy us."
"He's always be like this. He's a good man and would not left the baby to die," Sassy Cat believe.
"He's naked."
"Absolutely."
After the G.O.A.T. had finished his long meditation, he invited the Bear and the Cat to his town where he was a king.
The Goat told them that there was an harvesting event. Sassy Cat was excited but Sad Bear smelled something fishy.
Sad Bear's intuition was right. The Goat forced dragons to sell nose mucus.
Sad Bear and Sassy Cat were angry. They tried to help the dragons.
“Cat, you are a thief. You want to steal my dragons!”
“But you hurt them…”
“No more excuse!” G.O.A.T. cursed the Cat into a cat.
In order to find a cure for Sassy Cat, Sad Bear went to a Spirit Restaurant and found a witch.
The witch was working in Witches' Laboratory where Sad Bear and Sassy Cat had visited months ago.

She knew Sad Bear had a good heart and was willing to help him. But first of all, they were enjoy eating and Sassy Cat was enjoy being just cat.
“You have a heart,” the witch said, “Sassy Cat, too, has a heart”
“But the G.O.A.T does not have a heart,” Sad Bear said softly, stated the fact. “He hurts dragon for gold.”
“Oh dear,” the witch’s voice was full of adoration. “He, too, has heart. But he lost it to the gold.”
Someone started their journey with good intention to change the world, not knowing that their path will be swallowed by the system they wanted to change.
After Sassy Cat was back to his form. He went to confront his Master of Magic. The G.O.A.T's town was flooding with green magic and the Dragon was finally free.
After Sad Bear and Sassy Cat rescued the dragon, they made a deal with Fire Spirits to open the shop. The spirits agreed.
The shop is selling dim-sum and its visitors can adopt the dragons. Some has forever home, some has not. But apparently, they were happier than being with the G.O.A.T.
One of the dragon at Dimsum café for adoptable taxied Sad Bear and Sassy Cat back home. Sassy Cat found that the boba tea was very addictive. "This is mine and mine alone," said Sassy. "Umm... Okay," Sad Bear was happy with his friend.
The Goat was dethroned and started his journey again, hopefully he will find the heart he has lost and will find a way to live into his name, the Greatest of All Time, once again.

Initially, I envisioned this story into a full picture book and side-story of the G.O.A.T. But I decided to shelve this project because this story leads the spotlight to the G.O.A.T., not Sad Bear and Sassy Cat.
